About these terms

These terms apply to spinbitplay.com, the demo machine on it, and the Spinbit Play app. They are an agreement between you and the company named in the footer of this site. By using the site or the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use either.

A social casino game

Spinbit Play is a social casino game played for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling. You never stake money, and you cannot win money or anything of monetary value. Doing well in a social casino game does not mean you would do well at real-money gambling.

Who can play

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough under the law where you live, to use the site or the app. By confirming your age or signing up, you confirm that this is true. We may close accounts that we reasonably believe belong to someone under 18.

Virtual coins

• Coins are a game feature with no cash value. They are not money, credit or property.
• Coins cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, sold, transferred to another person, or exchanged for money, prizes, vouchers or any goods or services.
• Coin balances, paytables and free refills may be adjusted to keep the game balanced, and balances may be reset if they result from an error or misuse.
• The demo on this website keeps its balance only in your browser and is separate from the app.

Google Play and store items

This website sells nothing. The app is distributed through Google Play. If the app offers optional store items, they are purchased from Google Play and are covered by Google Play's terms and refund rules as well as these terms. Store items are virtual and have no cash value.

Your account

When you sign up, use an email address you control and keep access to it private. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can ask us to close it at any time through the contact page.

Fair use

Do not use bots, scripts or exploits, interfere with the service, try to sell or trade accounts or coins, or use the game for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Our content

The Spinbit Play name, logo, artwork, text and code belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to play the game and read this site. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site and the game running smoothly, but we provide them as they are and cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the loss of virtual coins. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site or app after a change means you accept it. Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page.
