Refund policy
Nothing to refund: the app is free. If you bought a store item in Google Play, request a refund through Google Play.
Why there is nothing to refund
Spinbit Play is free to install and free to play. This website has no shop, takes no payments and stores no payment details, so no charge can come from us.
Google Play purchases
Anything bought inside the app is sold and billed by Google Play, so refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund rules. To ask for one:
- Open Google Play and go to your account's order history (Payments and subscriptions, then Budget and history).
- Find the Spinbit Play order you want to refund.
- Choose Request a refund or Report a problem, and follow the steps.
Google explains the process, including time limits, on its Google Play refunds help page. Google decides on the request and pays any refund back to the original payment method.
Virtual coins
Coins have no cash value. They cannot be refunded, exchanged for money or returned for credit, whether they were free or came with a store item.
Still need help
If something about a charge looks wrong, or you are unsure whether it came from Spinbit Play, write to us through the contact page with the order number from your Google Play receipt.
