Who we are

This policy covers spinbitplay.com, the website for the Spinbit Play social casino game. The site is run by the company named in the footer of every page, which is responsible for the data described here. The Spinbit Play app is installed through Google Play, and Google's own privacy policy applies to your Google account and to anything you do in the Google Play store.

Stored on your device

The site uses your browser's local storage, which stays on your device and is not sent to us. It holds:

• Age confirmation, so the 18+ question appears only once.
• Cookie choice, so the notice does not return after you accept or decline.
• Demo balance, the number of virtual coins in the machine on the home page.
• Refill timer, the time when the next free demo refill opens.
• Sound setting, whether you turned the demo's sound on.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of delivering them. You can clear all of the above at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings.

Details you send us

If you sign up, you give us your email address. If you use the contact form, you give us your name, email address and message. We do not ask for payment details, and the site has no field that accepts them.

How we use them

• To link your sign-up to your Spinbit Play account.
• To reply to messages you send us.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it to profile you for advertising.

Sharing

How long we keep data

Sign-up details are kept while your account exists and deleted when you ask us to close it. Contact messages are kept for as long as we need them to answer and follow up, and then deleted.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Send the request through our contact page from the email address you used with us, so we can confirm it is you. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Adults only

Spinbit Play and this website are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has signed up, tell us and we will delete the account.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be shown on the site before they apply.
